Jerk Chicken
Our Jerk Chicken with our own blend of fresh and dried spices, fresh lime zest and juice, marinated for 24 hours and cooked over coals in a smoker for an incredible lunchtime experience.
Calzones
A firm favourite with freshly made bread dough, tomato and garlic puree, mushroom, salami chorizo, secret herb blend and a two cheese combo, cooked in a smoker.
